How we partner

From incorporation to a company that runs itself.

A partnership usually starts when the company is formed and continues for as long as it operates. The scope grows with the product; the model stays the same.

Launch

Typically the first two to three months.

We set up the company and the functions it needs on day one. The founder spends this period on the product; the company is ready when the product is.

  • Entity, registered office and governance
  • Bank account and accounting set up
  • First contracts, terms and policies
  • First hires, contracts and payroll
  • An office, if the team needs one
  • Document packs ready for banks and partners

Operate

Ongoing, for the life of the company.

We run the agreed functions as a standing team. One lead on our side coordinates everything and reports monthly on what was done and what was spent. The founder deals with one person, not a list of vendors.

  • Books kept, filings made, taxes coordinated
  • People hired, onboarded and paid
  • Suppliers, office and equipment managed
  • Contracts and policies kept current
  • Advertising run and reported
  • One monthly report across all functions

Scale

Whenever the product calls for it.

As the product grows, the company grows with it. We add functions, scale the team, open new markets and put more structure where the business now needs it. Functions are added or removed by agreement, never by surprise.

  • Growth and advertising added
  • Team scaled, HR structure put in place
  • New jurisdictions and entities set up
  • Audit-ready finance function
  • Handover of any function the company takes in-house

How the agreement works

One service agreement

The functions we run, their scope and the commercial terms are fixed in a single agreement. Each function is scoped on its own, so the agreement can start narrow and widen later.

A service fee, not a stake

We do not invest and do not take equity. We are paid for the functions we run. The product, the company and every decision about them stay with the founder.

One lead, monthly reporting

A dedicated lead on our side coordinates our team and partners. The founder receives a monthly report on what was done and what was spent, in plain language.

Changed by agreement

Functions are added when the business needs them and removed when it does not. The scope is reviewed as the company changes, and nothing changes without the founder's agreement.

A clear line between the product and the company.

You keep

  • The product and its roadmapWhat gets built, in what order, for whom.
  • The team that builds itWho to hire on the product side, and who leads them.

Questions founders ask first

No. We do not invest and we do not take equity. The relationship is a service agreement for the functions we run. The product, the company and every decision about them belong to the founder.

Yes, and most partnerships do. Each function is scoped on its own, so a company can begin with finance and governance and add legal, people, workplace or growth as the business grows. Functions are added or removed by agreement.

No. We work alongside statutory accountants and auditors rather than replacing them. We keep the day-to-day records, prepare what they need and turn their output into management reports the founder can use.

Wetinol is registered in Cyprus and operates from Nicosia. We work with companies registered in Cyprus and with international structures; where a new jurisdiction is needed, setting it up is part of the company and governance function.

One lead on our side. They coordinate our team and partners, answer your questions and send the monthly report. You never manage a list of vendors.

Once a month you receive a plain-language report on what was done and what was spent across every function we run. Finance reports include the P&L, balance sheet and cash position.

The scope grows with the product. When a company decides to build a function in-house, we hand it over in working order, with records, documents and processes in place.
